積水ハウス・SI レジデンシャル投資法人が、大阪府泉南郡にあるりんくう羽倉崎プラザの底地の一部を売却する。本物件は、建物の一部を保有する(株)コジマが2014年7月に閉店。同社との借地契約は継続しているが、閉店に伴う収益低下リスクを懸念し、保有する底地のうち(株)コジマの賃借部分を売却する。売却額は11.5億円。簿価との差額は68百万円となり、売却益57百万円を第20期（平成27年9月期）に計上する見込みだが、うち34百万円を内部留保とする予定。業績予想は5月18日に行われる決算発表にて併せて公表する。
