積水ハウス・SI レジデンシャル投資法人（SHSI）が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は97,970口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し4,900口。これにより発行後の投資口数は11％増の1,018,110口となる予定。調達額は約106億円を見込み、併せて発表した8棟の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件はプライムメゾン恵比寿等、都内、札幌、福岡のレジデンス計8棟。取得額は160億円。いずれも売り主はスポンサーである積水ハウスグループ。一方、渋谷区神宮前の商業施設を売却する。売却額は12億円。売却益151百万円が発生する見込み。これら物件取得及び売却によりSHSIの資産規模は8.7％増の1,860億円となる。併せて第18期（平成26年9月期）業績予想修正、第19期（平成27年3月期）業績予想を発表。第18期は前回予想比0.4％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,128円となる見通し。上記の投資口追加発行、物件取得及び売却が反映する第19期は、前期予想比15％増益を見込むが、物件売却益のうち78百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は2,130円と前期予想と同水準となる見通し。
