積水ハウス・SI 投資法人（SHSI）が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は111,600口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し5,615口。これにより発行後の投資口数は14.7%増の915,240口となる予定。調達額は約115億円を見込み、併せて発表したレジデンス4棟の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、都内及び名古屋のレジデンス4棟、取得額は計193億円。これによりSHSIの資産規模は12.7%増の1,711億円となる。併せて第17期（平成26年3月期）業績予想を修正。期中に取得した物件が寄与し、前回予想比3.4%増益、1口当たり分配金は11,060円となる見通し。上記投資口追加発行、物件取得が反映する第18期（平成26年9月期）は前期予想比10%増益を見込む。投資口5分割により1口当たり分配金は2,120円（分割前10,600円）となる見通し。また「住居を中心とした総合型」から「住居特化型」へ投資方針を変更する（6月開催の投資主総会の承認にて決定）ことを発表した。これにより現在保有している商業施設は原則として売却していく予定。
