積水ハウス・SI 投資法人が第16期（平成25年9月期）決算を発表した。第16期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、レジデンス12棟取得、商業施設の一部売却を行った。売却損が発生するも賃貸収益の増加により、前期比17%増益、投資口数が16%増加するも1口当たり分配金は10,537円と前期を0.7%上回った。第17期（平成26年3月期）はレジデンス4棟を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し、1.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は10,700円となる見通し。
