積水ハウス・SI 投資法人（SHSI）が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は21,430口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し1,500口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は16.7%増の160,000口となる見込み。調達額は113億円を予定し、併せて発表した物件取得資金に充当する。取得する物件は都内のレジデンス12棟、取得額計153億円。これによりSHSIのポートフォリオは全89棟、1,441億円となる。これらに伴い第15期（平成25年3月期）業績予想修正及び第16期（平成25年9月期）業績予想を発表。第15期中に新たに6棟を取得していることから従来予想比0.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は10,430円となる見通し。上記の投資口追加発行及び物件取得が反映される第16期は、前期予想比17%増益、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は10,500円と前期予想を0.6%上回る見通し。
