積水ハウス・SI 投資法人が第14期（平成24年9月期）決算を発表した。第14期はレジデンス6棟を取得。賃貸収入の減少及び金融費用の増加となるも、前期の物件売却損がなくなることから、前期比2.3%増益、1口当たり分配金は10,351円となった。第15期（平成25年3月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、レジデンス5棟を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し19%増益、投資口数が19%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は10,370円と前期を0.2%上回る見通し。
