積水ハウス・SI 投資法人（SHSI）が投資口の追加発行を発表した。SHSIの公募増資は5年ぶりで、スポンサーが交代してからは初めてとなる。発行口数は20,460口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出1,540口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は最大で19%増の137,070口となる。調達資金は約70億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件取得の資金に充当する。取得する物件は、レジデンス5棟、取得額計92億円。これによりSHSIの資産規模は取得価格ベースで8%増の1,195億円となる。これらに伴い第14期（平成24年9月期）業績予想修正及び第15期（平成25年3月期）業績予想を発表。第14期は既に取得済のレジデンス2棟の賃貸収益を反映し、従来予想比1.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は10,300円となる見通し。上記公募増資及び物件取得が反映する第15期は、5棟取得により前期予想比19%増益、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は10,300円と前期予想と同水準となる見通し。
