積水ハウス・SI 投資法人が第13期（平成24年3月期）決算を発表した。第13期は、レジデンス3棟及び匿名組合出資持分の取得、レジデンス1棟及び商業施設一部の売却を行った。一部売却した浜松プラザの売却損が発生するも、賃貸収入の増加及び売却益が寄与し、前期比0.7%増益、1口当たり分配金は10,117円となった。併せて、運用ガイドラインの変更予定を発表。主な変更点は以下のとおり。 ・主要な投資対象を住居のみとし、商業施設を分散投資の位置付けにする。 ・住居に運営型住居（社宅・高齢者住宅等）を含む。（投資割合は最大10%） ・主要な投資地域を従来より広域とし、東京圏の主要都市とする。 第14期（平成24年9月期）は、レジデンス4棟を取得。賃貸収入が減少するも前期の物件売却損がなくなること等から、前期比0.3%増益、1口当たり分配金は10,150円となる見通し。
