積水ハウス・SI 投資法人（SHSI）がスポンサーである積水ハウス及びその子会社と物件入替を発表した。SHSIが取得する物件は、名古屋、大阪、福岡のレジデンス4棟、取得額計48億円。一方、売却する物件は、浜松にある商業施設（一部）と都内のレジデンスの計2棟、売却額は計93.7億円。浜松プラザは、一部区画の空室及び既存テナントの賃料減額要請から収益低下が懸念されていたが、一部を売却することにより、スポンサーの積水ハウスと協同で再生を図る構え。2棟の売却により計130百万円の売却損が発生するが、第13期（平成24年3月期）に取得済みのレジデンス3棟の収益が寄与することから、業績予想の修正はなし。
