積水ハウス・SI 投資法人が匿名組合出資持分を取得することを発表。出資先は、レジデンス15棟を投資対象とする合同会社。出資額は200百万円。出資割合は4.4%。これに伴い15棟の優先交渉権を取得する。1月1日時点の15棟の鑑定価格は202億円。優先交渉権の内容は、行使期限を平成26年1月、価格条件を196.5億円以上とする。
