積水ハウス・SI 投資法人が第12期（平成23年9月期）決算を発表した。第12期はレジデンス1棟を取得。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働、融資関連費用の減少等により前期比2.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は10,045円となった。第13期（平成24年3月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働及び支払利息等の減少により1%増益、1口当たり分配金は10,150円となる見通し。今後はレジデンスを中心に物件を取得し、資産規模の拡大を図る意向。
