積水ハウス・SI 投資法人が第10期（平成22年9月期）決算を発表した。第10期は物件の取得はなし。修繕費増加等により前期比10%減益、1口当たり分配金は8,160円となった。第11期（平成23年3月期）は、レジデンス3棟取得による増収及び支払利息等の営業外費用の減少を見込み、前期比15%増益、1口当たり分配金は9,450円となる見通し。
