ジョイント・リート投資法人が第8期(平成21年9月期)決算を発表した。第8期は物件の取得はなし。賃貸収入は1.2%減となる一方、前期の物件取得中止に伴う違約金がなくなるため87%増益、1口当たり分配金は10,262円となった。第9期(平成22年3月期)は、1.9%増収となる一方、支払利息及び融資関連費用の増加等により2.6%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,000円となる見通し。
