ジョイント・リート投資法人のスポンサーが会社更生手続を申請

ジョイント・リート投資法人（JOR）のスポンサーである(株)ジョイント・コーポレーション（JC）が会社更生手続を申請した。これに伴うJORの資産及び経営へ直接的な支障はないため、JORの上場は維持される。またJCの破綻がJORの財務制限条項に抵触することはない。一方、JORの保有する商業施設2棟についてJCと賃貸借契約を締結しているため、収益への影響は軽微であるものの破綻の影響を受ける可能性がある。また、資産運用会社がJCと物件情報等のサポート契約を締結しているため、資産運用会社を介して物件の優先交渉権及び情報の提供を受けられない可能性がある。 JORによれば、当面の運営に支障はないが、新スポンサーの選定を進めていく方向。
