ジョイント・リート投資法人が第7期(平成21年3月期)決算を発表した。第7期は、レジデンス1棟を取得し前期比2%増収となるも、2棟取得中止に伴う違約金565百万円計上により50%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,485円となった。第8期(平成21年9月期)は、上記の違約金がなくなるため84%増益、1口当たり分配金は10,120円となる見通し。
