ジョイント・リート投資法人が第6期(平成20年9月期)決算を発表した。第6期は、レジデンス4棟を取得し賃貸収入が前期比7%増となる一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比22%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,147円となった。第7期(平成21年3月期)は、3棟取得により3.7%増収を見込む一方、支払利息等の費用増により1.3%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,000円となる見通し。
