ジョイント・リート投資法人が第5期（平成20年3月期）決算を発表した。第5期は、7棟取得及び1棟売却を行った。物件売却益3.5億円が寄与し、前期比34.6%増益、投資口の追加発行により投資口が21.7%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は14,402円となった。第6期（平成20年9月期）は、5棟取得を予定するが、第5期に計上した物件売却益がなくなるため、23.6%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,000円となる見通し。
