ジョイント・リート投資法人が第4期（平成19年9月期）決算を発表した。第4期は、5棟取得及び1棟売却を行った。売却益81百万円が計上されるものの、平成18年に取得した物件の固都税費用計上により、1口当たり分配金は13,023円と、前期と同水準となった。第5期（平成20年3月期）は、8棟取得を予定し、前期比18.6%増益を見込む一方、投資口数22%増により、1口当たり分配金は12,650円と、前期を2.8%下回る見通し。
