ジョイント・リート投資法人が第3期(平成19年3月期)決算を発表した。第3期は、レジデンス7棟及び商業施設3棟を取得し、前期比54%増益となった。期初に増資を行い投資口数が53%増えるも、物件売却を行わず1口当たり分配金は13,035円と、前期比微増となった。第4期(平成19年9月期)は、1棟を取得し前期比8%増収を見込むが、平成18年に取得した物件の固都税の費用計上により前期比1.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,800円となる見通し。
