ジョイント・リート投資法人が、レジデンス2棟を取得することを発表した。一棟は、東急目黒線「西小山駅」より徒歩11分、全30戸から成る単身者及びDINKS向けのマンション。もう一棟は、東急東横線「白楽駅」より徒歩4分、全57戸から成る単身者向けマンション。いずれも平成18年2月竣工の新築物件。売り主はオリジネーターグループ。
