KDX不動産投資法人が、「レオパレスFlat新栄」を売却する。 売却する物件は、名古屋市中区にある、2004年竣工、21階建の単身者向けマンション。合併前の旧ケネディクス・レジデンシャル・ネクスト投資法人から承継した物件で、含み損が生じている点や、今後の収益性を勘案し、売却を決定した。売却額は44.2億円と直近の鑑定価格で売却する。これにより売却損が発生するが、内部留保を活用し、業績予想への影響はなし。
