KDX不動産投資法人が、「KDX東品川ビル」を5月に売却する。 売却する物件は、品川区東品川にある、1993年竣工、5階建のオフィスビル。 周辺エリアの賃貸需要が弱く本物件の賃料が低下している点から売却を検討していたが、想定簿価及び直近の鑑定価格を上回る価格で売却できる点から売却を決定した。売却額は55.7億円。簿価との差額は11.07億円となり、売却益が2025年10月期に計上されるが、現時点で業績予想の修正はなし。
