KDX不動産投資法人が、オフィスビル2物件を売却する。 売却する物件は、江東区にある1986年竣工の「KDX門前仲町ビル」と、大阪市中央区にある1994年竣工の「KDX北浜ビル」。2物件ともに築年数が経過し、含み損を抱え収益性が低下している点から、売却を検討していた。KDX北浜ビルは売却損が発生するが、KDX門前仲町ビルの売却益と相殺できる点から売却を決定した。2物件の売却額は計32.6億円。売却先は非開示。 本物件売却に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
