KDX不動産投資法人が、自己投資口の取得を行う。自己投資口の取得は、合併前のケネディクス・オフィス投資法人が2022年6月公表以来2回目となる。 取得する投資口数は上限81,500口(発行済投資口数の2.0%)、取得総額は上限100億円。取得した投資口は全て2024年4月期中に消却する予定。
