KDX不動産投資法人（KDX）が、沖縄のホテルを取得する。 物件は、沖縄市街地より10キロに位置する、2022年1月竣工、14階建のリゾートホテル。総客室数340室。ホテル運営会社である西武・プリンスホテルズワールドワイドと2042年1月迄の定期賃貸借契約を締結する。賃料体系は、固定賃料+GOP連動の変動賃料+年間GOPが設定額を達した場合に発生するインセンティブ賃料。取得額220億円は、KDXのポートフォリオで最大物件。 本物件取得による業績予想の修正はなし。 併せて当面の運用方針を発表した。ホテル（宿泊施設）を積極的に取得し投資比率を5～10%程度に引き上げる一方、含み益のあるオフィスビルを優先的に売却する方針。 また当面の分配金方針として、売却益や内部留保を活用して3,800円を下限に設定し、中期的には4,000円を目指す。
