ケネディクス・オフィス投資法人が、匿名組合出資持分を売却することを発表した。 合同会社の対象資産は、新宿区西新宿にある、1979年竣工、15階建のオフィスビル「新宿サンエービル」。現在の稼働率は100％であり、匿名組合出資の配当を受領しているが、本物件の将来的なコスト増加や周辺のマーケット環境を勘案し、売却を決定した。匿名組合出資の売却額は23億円。2期に分割して売却する。簿価との差額は12.22億円となり、2023年10月期及び2024年4月期に有価証券売却益が発生する見込み。売却益は全額分配する予定だが、一方内部留保取崩額を見直す。これに伴う業績予想の影響は、6月開示予定の決算短信にて公表する予定。
