ケネディクス・オフィス投資法人が、投資口の分割を行うことを発表した。10月末を基準日とし、第36期となる11月1日より、投資口1口を2口に分割する。 投資口分割と9月末に行う予定の自己投資口の消却を反映し、業績予想を修正した。 第35期（2022年10月期）は、自己投資口消却に伴い、投資口数が424,215口へ1％減少する。これに伴い1口当たり分配金は1％増の14,290円となる見通し。 第36期（2023年4月期）は、自己投資口消却及び投資口分割により、投資口数が848,430口となる。これに伴い1口当たり分配金は7,145円（分割前換算14,290円）となる見通し。
