ケネディクス・オフィス投資法人が、「KDX木場ビル」を7月に売却する。 売却する物件は、地下鉄木場駅より徒歩2分に位置する、1992年竣工のオフィスビル。5月末の稼働率は100％であるが、近年利回りの低下や含み損が課題であった。 鑑定価格及び簿価を上回る価格で売却できるや、今後の更なる収益低下リスクを勘案し売却を決定した。売却額は16.5億円。簿価との差額は299百万円を想定。 これにより第35期（2022年10月期）に売却益が発生するが、6月14日公表の第34期（2022年4月期）決算短信にて、業績予想を修正する予定。
