ケネディクス・オフィス投資法人が、神奈川県厚木市に保有するオフィスビルを4月に売却する。 売却する物件は、小田急線本厚木駅より徒歩5分に位置する、1995年竣工のオフィスビル。1月末の稼働率は77.5％。ポートフォリオの中で小規模の物件であること、築25年を経過し、稼働率が低下、修繕費が増加し、収益が低下していることから、売却を決定した。売却額は9.35億円。売却先はトーセイ。簿価との差額は-180百万円となり売却損が発生するが、11月に売却したKDX新日本橋ビルの売却益と通算することにより、業績予想の修正はなし。
