ケネディクス・オフィス投資法人が、第31期（2020年10月期）決算を発表した。 第31期は「新橋M-SQUARE Bright」を取得する一方、「KDX日本橋本町ビル」「KDX日本橋江戸通ビル」を売却した。これによる賃貸収入の増加、物件売却益1,057百万円が寄与し、前期比18.4％増益。718百万円を内部留保とするも、1口当たり分配金は15,384円と、前期比6.7％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは98物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,437億円、有利子負債比率は43.9％。 第32期（2021年4月期）は「KDX新日本橋ビル」を売却。物件売却益1,128百万円が寄与するが、KDX浜松町プレイスやKDX横浜関内ビル等、既存物件のテナント退去により、フリーレントを考慮した実質稼働率が前期末の97.5％から94.9％へ低下することを想定。これにより前期比2.5％減益を見込む。622百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は15,180円と前期比1.3％減となる見通し。 第33期（2021年10月期）は、前期の物件売却益の反動減により、前期予想比15.8減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は14,000円となる見通し。
