ケネディクス・オフィス投資法人が、第27期（2018年10月期）決算を発表した。 第27期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「CROSS PLACE浜松町」を取得する一方、「KDX浜松町第2ビル」及び「フレーム神南坂」の一部を売却した。 これによる賃貸収益の増加、物件売却益532百万円が寄与し、前期比4.8％増益。340百万円を内部留保するが、1口当たり分配金は13,458円と前期を3.8％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは97物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,208億円、有利子負債比率は41.9％。また内部留保残高は24.75億円（1口当たり換算5,776円）となった。 第28期（2019年4月期）は「フレーム神南坂」の残持分を売却。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働や修繕費の減少、物件売却益の増加により、前期比0.5％増益を見込む。299百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は13,620円と前期を1.2％上回る見通し。 第29期（2019年10月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなることや固都税の増加により、前期予想比9.9％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は12,900円となる見通し。 今後は、1口当たり巡航分配金13,200円以上の早期達成を目指す。
