ケネディクス・オフィス投資法人(KDO）が、物件の入替えを発表した。 取得する物件は、横浜みなとみらいに位置する、34階建のオフィスビル。本物件のテナントである三菱重工が、造船所跡地に自社ビルとして平成6年に建設した。売り主はヒューリック。KDOは共有持分の23％を147.2億円で取得し、ケネディクスグループの私募ファンド及び私募REITの2法人と共有する。 一方、売却する物件は、新横浜にある昭和63年竣工のオフィスビルと、中央区月島にある平成16年竣工のレジデンス。2物件の売却額は計98億円。KDX新横浜381ビルは第25期（平成29年10月期）に売却損が発生するが、内部留保を活用するため業績予想の修正はなし。 三菱重工横浜ビルの取得、レジデンスシャルマン月島の売却が反映される第26期（平成30年4月期）の業績予想は、12月公表予定の第25期決算発表時に併せて公表予定。
