ケネディクス・オフィス投資法人が、都内に保有するオフィスビル3物件を売却する。売却先はヒューリック。3物件の売却額は計50.7億円。簿価との差額は計-15.6億円となり売却損が発生するが、第24期（平成29年4月期）に計上する「ビュレックス虎ノ門」「KDX日本橋兜町ビル」の売却益16.6億円と相殺することを業績予想に既に織り込み済み。
