ケネディクス・オフィス投資法人が、第21期(平成27年10月期)決算を発表した。第21期は、浜松町センタービルと新大阪センタービルを取得する一方、名古屋日興証券ビルとKDX乃木坂ビルを売却した。これにより賃貸収益は増加したが、物件売却益の減少や、前期に発生したSPC償還に伴う配当金がなくなったため、前期比10.7%減益。物件売却益のうち394百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は10,300円と前期を9.4%下回った。期末のポートフォリオは97棟、資産規模(取得額合計)は3,883億円、有利子負債比率は42.8%。第22期(平成28年4月期)は、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比14.4%減益を見込むが、内部留保より304百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は10,400円と前期を1.0%上回る見通し。
