ケネディクス・オフィス投資法人が「KDX乃木坂ビル」を売却する。物件は、地下鉄乃木坂駅より徒歩2分にある、平成3年竣工のオフィスビル。築24年が経過し、ポートフォリオで最小規模である点から売却を決定。売却額が簿価を下回るため売却損が発生するが、8月に売却した名古屋日興証券ビルの売却益と相殺することにより、業績予想への影響はなし。
