ケネディクス・オフィス投資法人が第20期(平成27年4月期)決算を発表した。第20期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、KDX桜通ビル等オフィスビル7棟を取得する一方、KDX浜町ビル等オフィスビル3棟及びレジデンス1棟を売却した。これに伴う賃貸収益の増加、物件売却益の発生及び物件売却損の減少により、前期比43.2%増益。物件売却益のうち509百万円を内部留保とするが、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は11,363円と前期を13%上回った。期末のポートフォリオは97棟、資産規模(取得額計)は3,851億円、有利子負債比率は42.8%。第21期(平成27年10月期)は、前期の物件売却益及びSPCの受取配当金がなくなるため、前期比18.4%減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は10,300円となる見通し。
