ケネディクス・オフィス投資法人が、保有物件3棟を売却する。売却する物件は、都内と仙台のオフィスビル、札幌のレジデンス。3棟ともに築20年超が経過。3棟の売却額は計57.42億円。簿価との差額は計8.52億円となり、売却益が発生するが、3月に売却したKDX南船場第2ビルの売却損と相殺した上で、内部留保を予定しているため、予想分配金の修正はなし。
