ケネディクス・オフィス投資法人が中央区のオフィスビルを取得する。物件は、地下鉄新富町駅より徒歩4分に位置する、平成3年竣工9階建のオフィスビル。1月末時点のテナントは12社、稼働率は96.4％。本物件は、平成17年にイーアセット投資法人が取得後、投資法人の合併により日本リテールファンド投資法人が取得。その後平成22年にケネディクスの私募ファンドへ売却された。今回の取得に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
