ケネディクス・オフィス投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。3期連続の公募増資となる。発行口数は47,685口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し2,190口。これにより発行後の投資口数は14％増の404,885口となる予定。調達額は約260億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金及び借入金の返済に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、東京、横浜、大阪、名古屋のオフィスビル計5棟、取得額は計148億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は4％増の3,847億円となる。これらに伴い、第19期（平成26年10月期）業績予想修正、第20期（平成27年4月期）業績予想を発表。第19期は前回発表以降、千里ライフサイエンスセンタービル等オフィスビル4棟（取得額計234億円）を取得したことにより、前回予想比1.7％増益、1口当たり分配金は10,060円となる見通し。公募増資及び5棟取得が反映する第20期は、前期予想比24.6％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は11,000円と前期予想を9.3％上回る見通し。
