ケネディクス・オフィス投資法人がオフィスビル2棟を売却する。売却する物件は、大阪・南船場及び新横浜にある、ともに築20年超のオフィスビル。2棟の売却額は計26億円。簿価との差額は約-14億円となる。また、優先出資を行う対象資産である千里ライフサイエンスセンタービルのリファイナンスに際し、新たに特定目的会社を組成してリファイナンスを行う。これにより旧特定目的会社の償還に伴い約16億円の利益配当を計上するとともに、新特定目的会社の優先出資証券を取得し、引き続き対象資産の優先交渉権を得る。これらに伴い、第19期（平成26年10月期）業績予想を修正。特定目的会社の償還益16億円及び物件売却損15億円、賃貸事業費用の減少等を反映し、前回予想比0.9％増益、1口当たり分配金は9,900円となる見通し。
