ケネディクス・オフィス投資法人が第18期（平成26年4月期）決算を発表した。第18期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い191億円を調達。KDX武蔵小杉ビル等オフィスビル7棟、底地1件、匿名組合出資持分1件を取得する一方、KDX新潟ビル等オフィスビル2棟、レジデンス1棟を売却した。KDX新潟ビルの売却損816百万円を計上するが、賃貸収益の増加、兜町日興ビルⅡ等の売却益497百万円により、前期比1.9％増益。内部留保より319百万円を取り崩し、投資口数が16％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は9,638円と前期を3.6％上回った。第19期（平成26年10月期）は、2期連続となる投資口追加発行を行い103億円を調達（見込）、KDX豊洲グランスクエア等オフィスビル3棟を取得。賃貸収益の増加、前期の売却損がなくなることにより前期比20%増益を見込む。投資口数が6.8％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は9,810円と前期を1.8％上回る見通し。なお、増資後の有利子負債比率は46.2％。
