ケネディクス・オフィス投資法人（KRI）が新宿区のオフィスビルの底地を取得する。取得する底地は、地下鉄東新宿駅より徒歩3分に位置するオフィスビルの底地。建物を保有するトーセイ(株)と30年間の普通借地契約（賃料改定3年毎）を締結する。建物及び底地を保有するどちらかが売却する場合には、お互いに優先交渉権を持つ。なお、KRIが保有するオフィスビル「Welship東新宿」に隣接しているため、将来的には一体再開発の可能性も持つ。
