ケネディクス不動産投資法人が第17期（平成25年10月期）決算を発表した。第17期は、オフィスビル2棟、商業施設1棟、匿名組合出資持分1件の取得、オフィスビル1棟の売却を行った。物件売却益の減少等により前期比5.7%減益。当期利益のうち165百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は9,302円と前期を1.4%下回った。第18期（平成26年4月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い、オフィスビル5棟（うち1棟は追加取得）を取得。これにより前期比10%増益、投資口数が16%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は9,360円と前期を0.6%上回る見通し。続く第19期（平成26年10月期）は、第18期に取得した物件の通期稼働により前期予想比3%増益、1口当たり分配金は9,640円となる見通し。
