ケネディクス不動産投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は43,800口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し2,190口。これによる発行後の総投資口数は16%増の332,540口となる予定。調達資金は194億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。取得する物件は都内のオフィスビル4棟、取得額は計149億円。これによりKRIの資産規模は5%増の3,218億円となる。これらに伴い第18期（平成26年4月期）及び第19期（平成26年10月期）業績予想を発表。第18期は、上記4棟及びKDX新橋の追加取得が寄与し、前期予想比9.9%増益、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は9,360円と前期予想を0.6%上回る見通し。続く第19期は第18期に取得した物件の通期稼働により前期予想比3%増益、1口当たり分配金は9,640円となる見通し。
