ケネディクス不動産投資法人(KRI)が港区のオフィスビルを保有するSPCの匿名組合出資持分を取得する。SPCの対象不動産は地下鉄三田駅・赤羽橋駅より徒歩7分にある平成5年竣工のオフィスビル。5月時点の鑑定価格は3,430百万円。KRIの出資割合は48.2%。残りはKRIのスポンサであるケネディクス(株)が取得する。併せてKRIは本物件の優先交渉権を取得する。優先交渉権の条件価格は3,180百万円以上、行使期限は平成26年11月。
