ケネディクス不動産投資法人が第17期（平成25年10月期）業績予想を発表した。第17期は池袋日興ビルを売却する。これによる売却益234百万円を計上するが、前期より売却益が減少すること、またKDX日本橋兜町ビルのテナント退去による減収を見込み、前期予想比10%減益。売却益より165百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は8,750円と前期予想を6.5%下回る見通し。
