ケネディクス不動産投資法人(KRI)が新宿区のオフィスビルを売却する。売却する物件は、JR中央線四ツ谷駅より徒歩4分にある平成元年竣工、KRIが平成18年に取得したオフィスビル。売却価格は24億円。簿価との差額は437百万円となり売却益380百万円が発生する。これに伴い第16期(平成25年4月期)を修正。3月に取得した野村不動産大宮共同ビルの賃貸収益及び上記売却益計上により従来予想比17%増益となるが、売却益より298百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は9,360円と従来予想を5.4%上回る見通し。
