ケネディクス不動産投資法人（KRI）が豊島区のオフィスビルを売却する。売却する物件は、JR山手線池袋駅東口より徒歩4分にある昭和61年竣工8階建のオフィスビル。KRIは平成23年に1,653百万円で取得した。売却額は1,970百万円。簿価との差額は298百万円を想定し、売却益は第17期（平成25年10月期）に計上される見込み。KRIは売却益の一部を内部留保することも検討。
