ケネディクス不動産投資法人が第16期(平成25年4月期)業績予想を発表した。第16期は、前期に取得したオフィスビル3棟が通期寄与する一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなること、ポートフォリオの主要物件である兜町日興ビルのテナント一括退去等により、前期予想比18%減益を見込む。1口当たり分配金は、内部留保の活用を見込まず8,500円となる見通し。
