ケネディクス不動産投資法人が第14期(平成24年4月期)決算を発表した。第14期は、オフィスビル9棟及び特定目的会社の優先出資証券を取得。これによる賃貸収益が増加するも、前期の物件売却益がなくなることから前期比16%減益、内部留保より143百万円を取り崩し、分配金総額2,683百万円、1口当たり分配金は9,364円となった。第15期(平成24年10月期)は、KDX大森ビルを売却。これによる物件売却益597百万円及び前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期比17%増益、物件売却益のうち291百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は9,400円となる見通し。
